In the Taipei International Bicycle Show (TAIPEI CYCLE 2023), CHC was stationed again in the Ministry of Economic Affairs Science and Technology Achievement Theme Pavilion. CHC (Consortium Cycling and Health Technology Industry Research and Development Center) pick fits the most popular electric-assisted bicycles and sports technology issues at present. Selected 17 scientific and technological project achievements in the field of bicycles, including "Electric Assisted Bicycle (E-Bike)", "Sports X Technology", "Testing and Certification Service Energy", "Smart Manufacturing" and "Bicycle Sustainability Alliance Promotion Plan", exhibited all the industry's achievements The necessary scientific research and patented technology, and create new breakthroughs in industrial technology.
CHC General Manager Wu Yongsheng pointed out that the key core values of E-Bike lie in the power system (motor module, battery module, controller module) and the chassis carrying the power system; The power system, with the controller as its core, is like the brain of a car, while the frame is like the skeleton of the body. The coordination and integration of the two will directly affect the riding experience and product grade; The Bicycle Center has officially established the Electric Assisted Bicycle Department since the end of 2018. Its primary task is to research and develop key technologies for the three electric systems of electric auxiliary vehicles, establish a development foundation for the three electric systems, and integrate frame design to expand the technology into the industry, making the electric auxiliary vehicle industry chain more complete and creating greater output value.
One of the highlights of this exhibition is the new electric-assisted bicycle developed by the Bicycle Center, which is equipped with a three-electric integrated system synchronized with international technology. The core controller has an intelligent assistance mode, which can detect changes in slope and intelligently adjust the assistance ratio. In addition, in response to human needs, it intelligently guides the riding frequency to the high-efficiency zone; By separating the controller design and installing it in the vehicle management, the volume of the power system can be reduced by more than 20%, promoting the participation of domestic mechanical and electrical enterprises in the development and division of labor, and making maintenance and handling easier.
