The “IBDC Design Matching & Sharing Event” took place on August 12, 2022 for the first time. The event invited bicycle companies and IBDC designers to attend, by providing a platform for both sides to directly interact, IBDC hopes to increase opportunities for design project cooperation and cultivate design capacities for the industry.

International Bicycle Design Competition (IBDC) is the first bicycle concept design competition in the world. Founded in 1996, the mission of IBDC is to encourage innovative CHC bicycle designs and original bicycle ideas to be created. For nearly three decades, IBDC has invited 14,417 excellent entries from 87 countries to participate, which has brought lots of ideas of innovation to the bicycle industry.
