The International Bicycle Design Competition (IBDC) announced the opening of its Innovation Exhibition, which will be held from now until January 31, 2025. The exhibition takes place at the Multifunctional Exhibition Hall on the third floor of the Cycling Culture Museum in Taichung.
The exhibition of this year features the award-winning bikes of the 25th IBDC competition, innovative design models, and exclusive postcards from the 25th edition. It has set up interactive activities, which are designed to spark visitors' imaginations about the future of bicycles.
The International Bicycle Design Competition (IBDC), supported by the Department of Industrial Technology of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, and held by the Cycling & Health Tech Industry R&D Center, is now in its 25th year. Over nearly three decades with fruitful results, the competition has provided a platform for industry professionals and designers to exchange and explore bicycle design ideas, with around 15,000 works from 87 countries.
It welcomes bicycle manufacturers, designers, enthusiasts, and the general public to visit the exhibition and join the promotion of innovative bicycle design. It is Looking forward to encouraging more original concepts and creative ideas within the bicycle industry.
